Butterfly Picnic is Paulina’s small business, based in Taringa and styling picnics across Brisbane since 2023.

It started as the thing friends asked for — “can you do what you did for your birthday, but for mine?” — and became a van full of cushions, low tables, candle holders and vases. The idea has stayed the same: a beautiful outdoor table should not require a trailer, a shopping list and a day off work.

Every booking is set up personally. There is no franchise, no call centre; the person you email is the person who lays the rug. That also means honest advice about parks, weather, group sizes and what is worth adding — and what isn’t.

Butterfly Picnic supplies the styling and the equipment. Food and drinks are yours to bring, which keeps the price simple and the menu exactly what you want.
