Hens party picnic in Brisbane

The daytime part of a hens weekend: somewhere pretty, somewhere everyone can sit together, somewhere the photos are good. We set it up, you bring the bubbles.

Bright colours, a balloon garland and a letter board with her name are the usual order. Tell us the bride’s favourite colour and we build the palette around it.

Groups of 8–15 are the sweet spot. Book the midday or late-afternoon slot and add the extra hour — hens groups always want longer. If the plan continues into the night, a riverside spot near the ferry (New Farm, Kangaroo Point) makes the next stop easy.

Games and props are yours to bring; we leave the table clear enough to fit them.
