Four things we do, each priced by guest count: full-service picnics, DIY hire, grazing tables and micro-weddings. No hidden styling fee — the price you see includes set-up and pack-down.
Full-Service Picnic
You choose the park, the time and the colours. We arrive early, set it all up, and leave before you arrive. Three hours later we come back and pack everything away. All you carry is the food.

- Cushions and throws for every guest
- Table runner, fresh flowers in a vase, candles and holders
- Plates, glassware and cutlery for each guest
- Wooden platter board (bring your own food)
- Set-up before you arrive, pack-down after you leave
- 3 hours — enjoy it without feeling rushed
Time slots
Morning 9am–12pm · Midday 12:30–3:30pm · Late afternoon 4–7pm. Late afternoon is the one for proposals and date nights — the light is better and the candles earn their keep.

Collect from 9am on your booking day and return by the same time two days later. A bond is not charged; you are responsible for the kit while you have it.

Plates and glassware are not part of the DIY kit; most people prefer their own for a home party. Ask if you want them added.
Grazing Table
The food half of the picture, styled to match. Seasonal cheeses, cured meats, fresh and dried fruit, dips, breads, nuts, olives and something sweet — arranged on boards with greenery, delivered and set up on your table or ours.

Book a micro-weddingMicro-Wedding Picnic
A small wedding in a park: a styled ceremony moment, then everyone sits down together at long low tables under the trees. No venue hire, no minimum spend, no 11pm bump-out. You bring the celebrant, the cake and the people who matter.

- Long low tables, rugs and cushions for every guest
- Full table styling — runners, fresh flowers, candles, glassware, plates and cutlery
- A styled ceremony spot: arch or floral moment, signing table and chairs
- Welcome sign and letter board with your names
- 4 hours on site, set up before guests arrive, packed down after
- Park selection and council permit advice (we can arrange the permit for a fee)

Adds one hour to a full-service picnic. Popular for groups of 7 or more.
Balloon garland $70
About 1.5 metres, in your colours, attached to the table or a nearby tree.
Fresh flower upgrade $45
A larger seasonal arrangement in place of the standard vase.
Letter board sign $25
Your message. ‘Marry me?’, ‘Happy 30th Sarah’, ‘Oh baby’.
Extra dessert board $60
Brownies, macarons and seasonal fruit, for grazing tables and weddings.
Cake stand and dessert plates $20
A stand for the cake plus small plates and forks for everyone.
