We collect only what we need to run your picnic, and we don’t sell it.

What we collect

When you book: your name, email, phone number, the occasion and your notes, the date, location and package. When you contact us: your name, email and message. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and never reach our servers; we see only the last four digits and the payment status.

Why

To confirm and deliver your booking, to contact you about weather or changes, to send your receipt, and to keep records required by Australian tax law. With your permission after your picnic, we may ask you for a review.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, in Australia and the US) and our email provider. No one else, unless the law requires it.

How long

Booking records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months. Ask us at any time to see or delete your details: butterflypicnic@gmail.com.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Stripe’s checkout page sets its own, described in Stripe’s privacy policy.
